Job Overview

We are hiring a KYC (Know Your Customer) analyst for merchant database assessment. Your responsibilities will include verification of client data, reviewing merchant’s e-commerce, management structure and branch information, compiling the information and submitting a report.

Responsibilities for KYC Analyst

• Carry out KYC merchant assessment in a timely manner ensuring high quality standards, as per the client’s provided template.
• Investigate client data utilizing Google Search visiting client’s website and accessing information through the client’s Bitrix24 database. To develop a comprehensive analysis of the merchant.
• Review, investigate, and understand merchants’ organizational structures.
• Review merchants’ online stores using an internal checklist template.
• Investigate on merchants’ branch locations.

Skills for KYC Analyst                            

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, analytical abilities including use of Microsoft office, adherence to strict deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, experience dealing with senior management or executive level.
• Ability to work independently with limited level of direct supervision
• Knowledgeable on how to use Bitrix24 work tool an advantage.
