TaveTose would want to hire an in-house Graphic Designer and online community builder, to work on all the various projects within the company. The role is extremely exciting and rewarding in terms of career growth exposure and earning.

Job Description

The role will require that you to:

  1. Deliver effectively on all website products and services developed.
  2. Produce the design content that will be published on the websites, all social media channels including WhatsApp.
  3. Produce banner ads, email campaigns, captivating newsletters, create and edit online video adverts.
  4. Effectively ensure that all content is published within the project schedules.
  5. Work with internal and external developers to ensure that all aesthetics are aligned with the product brand.
  6. Ensure that the UX translates to brand affinity and conversions.
  7. Work with developers to ensure proper implementation within a web environment, ensure consistency and integrity of the creative vision.
  8. Create compelling, appropriate campaigns and designs.
  9. Manage and produce digital design work.
  10. Ensure consistency of brand and creativity on all our digital customer platforms.
  11. And carry out any other duties as allocated.

Qualifications and Attributes

National Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design. IT degree or national diploma equivalent or sufficient work experience.

  • Experience in web marketing/web design with a strong knowledge of WordPress, social media platforms and digital marketing tools for SEO and google analytics.
  • Deep knowledge with Web design processes and principles
  • Experience designing e-commerce websites or advertising
  • Passion for design
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent designing skills
  • Ability to understand and interpret creative brief.
  • Ability to work as part of the team
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to deliver tasks within strict deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
